The property feels inspiring and is beautifully laid out, with big rooms and spacious bathrooms. Seeing the exotic animals was amazing too. It's a special experience, and not a long drive from good restaurants and live music.

I'd never stayed at a B & B before, and this one was quite different. You can take a short walk around the property, where there are zebras and several kinds of exotic birds. Make sure to see Gina, a very friendly heron who tries to eat your shoelaces. 😂 The rooms are clean and nicely presented, and the place has an unusual wabi-sabi style for Italy. They host weddings, done with good taste, as well as groups. Breakfast is a simple, typical sweet Italian spread, with eggs, toast, and fruit available too. The hosts are lovely and friendly, with plenty of stories, including one about a vespa ride through Africa. A good fit for people who like to take it easy and explore.
