The staff were so friendly and kind, and I had no problems during my three days here. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and welcoming the fully furnished place was, right in the heart of Biancavilla. I’d definitely recommend it.

The apartment is on the first floor and has plenty of space: a large kitchen, bedroom, children's room, bathroom, and laundry room. Everything was organized and convenient, with a fridge and a kitchenette equipped with what we needed. The shower runs on a water heater. There are useful places nearby, including Colombo bar, where we went for breakfast. I stayed here with my wife and children while visiting Biancavilla, and we were happy with the stay. The booking process went smoothly. The owner was kind, shared helpful information, and made me feel at ease. We arrived around 12:30, let her know, and she came over to explain everything we needed for the stay. I paid the rent right away. I’d recommend the apartment to anyone staying in Biancavilla or nearby. Well done, keep it up.

A comfortable place with all the comforts, and a great base for getting to Mount Etna. Five stars, recommended.
