We’d booked through Booking.com in January and had already paid in full a few days earlier. Then, on July 6th, less than a week before our stay, they canceled, saying it was due to overbooking. Shameful!

The apartment is a delight, renovated with care and taste, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. Free parking nearby was a real convenience, and we also had restaurants, bars, shops, a newsstand, a pastry shop, and an ATM close by. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive. Since it was Halloween, she left decorations, candy, a pie, and fruit juice around the house for our children. I agree with the other reviews and would happily recommend staying here any time of year.

Right in the center of Bibbiena, the apartment made a comfortable, quiet base for visiting the Casentino and Valtiberina. We stayed for two nights with our family and dog. It was spotless, pet-friendly, and had every comfort. The owner was attentive, helpful, and very courteous. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

Monia welcomed us with such kindness and professionalism that we felt at home straight away. The apartment was beautiful, warm, spotless, and had every comfort. We’ve never stayed anywhere so lovely. We’ll definitely be back!

You feel at ease as soon as you arrive. The apartment is tidy, clean, and welcoming, with everything you need. It’s clear the owners put care into making it feel that way, and their kindness and helpfulness made the stay even nicer. Baloo loved it too!
