We had the peace and downtime we needed here. The morning egg delivery and olive oil tasting were such a thoughtful touch, and the whole place has a lovely, restful feel. We got a very warm welcome and could pick our own pitch, which was by far the biggest we’ve had. The washing facilities were clean, and we especially liked the well-equipped kitchen area with its washers and dryers. Definitely recommend it, and we hope to come back.

We only stayed one night, but I can see why you’d want to spend longer in the area. It’s a great base for exploring Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards producing some of the region’s best wine. The facilities are good and the pool is lovely. It isn’t the cheapest, but I thought the small extra cost was worth it.

The pool was really nice, and dinner is well worth trying. It’s a set menu served to everyone at the same time, which gives the meal a family feel. The staff were very friendly, and the sanitary facilities were kept clean, though the shower curtains and two showers sharing one room felt a bit odd. We stayed for a week in a tent trailer on one of the supreme pitches. The space was indeed supreme, but not the shade. Most pitches have just one young, small tree, enough to sit under but not much help in hot weather, when the tent gets really warm. We liked having a sink and barbecue on our pitch.

A lovely little campsite with large pitches, good food in the restaurant, and free showers. Everything, including the pool and toilets, is within easy walking distance. The people were friendly, and the setting is very quiet in the hills while still close to the beach. Definitely recommend it.
