We stayed six nights, and the food selection at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was wide and changed daily. The hotel is very family-friendly, the facilities are good enough, and the location and value for money are great. Everyone on staff was friendly. I didn't meet a single rude person. I have to take off a star because the evening program and loud music go on until 22:30. We have a one-year-old who goes to bed around 20:00, and we could hear the music in the apartment, so we had to play lullabies to keep the child from waking up. Apart from that, it was a perfect stay.

The chef's cooking and the taste of the food were excellent, but everything else was miserable. The hotel left us with a very bad impression. It all seemed to be about money, and we constantly felt ripped off. We were charged €500 extra for our stay because one of our children was a few months older than the age policy allowed. At the end of the trip, we also had a €500 drinks bill, which was complete nonsense. The stay was terribly overpriced. Never again!

The beach is close by, private, and has plenty of space. The pool is clean and a decent size, and the pool bar has all sorts of drinks. Meals are fine, though nothing special. The indoor children's playground gets crowded quickly. The staff were super nice, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was older in style and the beds weren't great, but everything besides the room was super nice.

Ago and Mirco were the best waiters ever, and the food was delicious! Everyone at reception was very, very friendly too. Thanks to Luca for such a warm welcome at the Beach. The evening Shows were really entertaining, and the animatori brought everyone so much joy. :)

I just got back with my family after nine days in this fantastic place. This was our ninth visit in 17 years, and the people, service, and food are still great as usual. Special thanks to Mrs T at the reception, the cook, Mrs the Director, and Mr. A, the Maître. They're all great managers, especially during these difficult times during and after covid. Thank you for everything! A presto spero, the friulana C. Family from Geneva. 😉
