It’s a two-star hotel, so I don’t get why some guests expect four-star service. People complain about the lack of German TV channels, for instance. What were they expecting in Italy? 😆 The hotel is very clean, the staff are genuinely nice, and breakfast is great. Rooms get cleaned daily. Our bed was a pull-out sofa, as other guests have mentioned. It wasn’t the best for sleeping, though it was okay, and I can see why some people would find it bothersome. It’s affordable, very central, and not far from the beach. We’d happily stay again.

We were glad to find this lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast had a huge selection and was really delicious. The location works well too, just two minutes from the beach, with umbrellas and chairs included in the price. The main streets and shops are right there as well. A really good place to stay!

It was our first time in Bibione, and the staff made it a great stay. Communication was easy, and everyone was super friendly and ready to help whenever we needed it. The rooms were very clean, the location was perfect, and breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. The hotel is really baby friendly, so I’d recommend it to families with a baby too. We’ll definitely come back next year 😊

The staff were very kind to our little girl and were flexible enough to let us have the room at 8:00 A.M. They cleaned it and changed the sheets and towels every day. We also got a free parasol and sunbed on the beach. Our simple, slightly retro room was fine for sleeping, and had a large terrace and cold air conditioning. We didn’t use it for much else. Restaurants and shops are easy to reach. Parking was the main difficulty. The hotel spaces were narrow, tight, and always full. You can park across the road for 10 EUR/day, but they enforce the rules closely. I bought a ticket in an app shown on the parking machine and still got fined one day. The local police handled my complaint properly afterward.
