The rooms are clean and have what you need, and the hotel is close to the beach. But sound carries easily, so conversations in the hall and neighboring rooms are hard to miss. Breakfast was fine, though nothing special. Skip the hard-boiled eggs, they tasted and smelled off.

A quiet, relaxing spot near the beach, with pine trees all around. The rooms work well for families, and the staff are consistently helpful. I’d recommend it for a restful break.

Our weekend here was a real disappointment. The air conditioning didn’t work, the cooler was useless, and the rooms were 38 degrees. The area around the hotel was full of dirt, and the place didn’t match what I’d heard or expected from a family-friendly hotel. An eight-year-old child was served pancakes with glass hidden in them. We stayed polite, but the service staff laughed and said that can happen in a kitchen. Housekeeping also entered to clean despite our “do not disturb” note. She didn’t speak English and carried on until a service guy came to the room after ten minutes. I contacted the manager, but he hasn’t helped so far. If he doesn’t get back to me with compensation for this bad experience, I won’t change my review. Make sure you don’t get fooled like we did.

The breakfast had lots of tasty choices, and the dining room had a lovely atmosphere. Staff were friendly, helpful, and flexible about arrival times. Everything downtown and the beach was within walking distance. I’d recommend the hotel to couples or families looking for a weekend away.
