Worth considering, it’s convenient and close to the sea. Our parking spot was awkward to use. The rooms are small, and don’t expect much: some kitchen items were missing, including a frying pan. It’s fairly old, but still in pretty good shape 👍
It’s an okay place, though it’s showing its age. A fairly tall building is currently going up in the sea-view direction.
The apartment was nicely equipped and the area was quiet, not far from the sea. Parking was a fiasco, though: the spots are pointlessly numbered all over the place and very narrow.
A really nice, quiet area, very close to both the center and the beach.
In our complex there are two elevators, but both are narrow, and parking is awkward. The door in my friends’ room was flimsy. My room only had 3 beds, so I had to sleep on the sofa. There’s no Wi-Fi, and the hot spot doesn’t work either. When someone rings the bell, the intercom just crackles very loudly instead of playing a ringtone. Everything is in Italian and German, except for the TV.
