The place is pretty basic for a low price, and it reminded me of the 60s, but once I got inside I felt comfortable. I'd been worried after reading the scary reviews and ended up pleasantly surprised. The terrace is large, the kitchen has modest equipment, and the AC worked. It's a few minutes from both the beach and town center, with convenient parking, and the cicadas put on their daily concert. When the gas ran out one day, the office had a full tank installed within an hour of us reporting it.

The apartment is very old, and the bathroom was awful. The shower head was rusty, and the old shower drain let water spread across the room. There was a terrible sewage smell too. It has good space for two families, and the garden with its little playground is nice. The beach is close, which is a great location, but I won't be back.

We appreciated the quiet, green surroundings and the staff's kindness in offering us an apartment with air conditioning that was a few meters bigger and closer to the sea. Still, for just the two of us and our dog, I would have preferred a smaller, better-kept place. The price for two nights felt far too high. The apartment being dated would have been fine for a holiday, but the condition and service weren't. The stairwell smelled of urine, the kitchen had greasy stains, and the interior smelled moldy. Shower water spread almost halfway across the bathroom, and we could smell the sewer at night. The couch was a bit dirty and the TV didn't work properly. When I mentioned the cleanliness to the agency, she didn't seem very interested, though maybe I misread it. We definitely won't return.
