If you're out most of the time and spending your days at the beach, the basic apartment may be okay. The TV is modern but offers only Italian channels, around 200 of them. The rest of the equipment feels more like the 70s or 80s, and the toilet and shower are really cramped. The beds have some kind of plastic covers, with wool blankets provided. Bring a duvet cover. A regular sheet won't fit the double bed, so fitted sheets aren't an option.

A disappointment. My boyfriend and I are staying in a tower apartment, and we're not satisfied at all. The view is limited to trees and an uncovered parking lot. When we booked, my boyfriend was promised a good location for his graduation trip and covered parking, but that wasn't what we got. The apartment is very old. The drains don't work, and the pots and pans in the kitchen drawers were dirty. Under the sofa we found all sorts of rubbish, even cigarette butts. It looked like the cleaners might have pushed it under the sofa or bed, where it was harder to see. AGENCY LINA IS TRULY DISHONEST IN NOT DESCRIBING THE APARTMENT AS IT REALLY IS: OLD AND POORLY MAINTAINED.

The apartment is only three minutes from the sea, and each unit has its own parking space. There was a coffee machine and the place was adequately furnished, but everything felt cramped. There's a washing machine in the building, though you have to pay to use it. The outlets only work with an adapter, and there was no kettle. We had two weeks of sleepless nights because the neighbors were very loud every night and thought we were too loud. Someone even insisted on drilling holes in the wall at 11:30 p.m. When we arrived, there was lots of broken glass on the kitchen floor and cat food wrappers under the bed.

The apartment was filthy: tissues under the bed, crumbs, hair and candy scraps on the floor. The stairwell light didn't work either. You'd need to be super adaptable to stay here.
