Sleeping here in summer was impossible. Our room stayed at 31-33C all night, and we were sweating in our underwear. The air conditioning was on but couldn't cool the room. We even tried splashing cold water on the bathroom wall to bring the temperature down somehow. We checked out after the first night. The young man at reception didn't seem to understand the problem. He sent his father to look at the air conditioning. His father said it was working and then claimed it was fixed. Great way to handle guests. We still had to pay almost the entire booking fee. I'd like the receptionist to try sleeping in that room for a night at 33C. The hotel is old-fashioned and dated too, and I don't understand how it has more than two stars. The beds were very noisy and uncomfortable.

The water kept switching from hot to freezing and back again. It was awful, especially with kids. We told the owners twice, but they made no effort to offer any remedy. The room also didn't cool enough to sleep comfortably. There were blood spots on the curtains, ants under the door frame, and someone's opened bottle of water left in the freezer. The shower was squeezed between the toilet and bidet, and the bathroom needed cleaning again afterward. Other guests would claim poolside loungers with towels, then leave for hours.

The family-run place felt very professional, and the staff were so kind and helpful. It was a pleasure staying there. Tasty breakfast and good coffee too. Worth a visit! :)

The rooms were good, and they had AC. It's a nice family business, but the food was the main reason I chose this place. It was awesome, high quality, and fresh every day.
