The location is excellent, but the place feels badly neglected. The building is dirty, with almost no thermal or sound insulation, and closing one apartment door makes the others rattle. Parking is cramped and unattractive, with covers that are poor or missing. It looks decades old. Since the rent isn't especially cheap, maintenance should be much better.

We had plenty of space in a clean apartment right by a fantastic beach. The tricky part was parking: the spaces for buses and family vans were tiny. I had to park beside a pillar with barely a hand's width on either side, and as the driver I only managed to get out because of the sliding door.

You can reach the sea in just a few steps, with shops and restaurants close by. The bathroom was fine and even had a small washing machine. But inside, the apartment is basically one tiny room for cooking, living, and sleeping, and the old furniture looks neglected. It smelled musty as soon as we walked in. The table hadn't been wiped properly, there were fish scales on some plates, and crumbs on the sofa. Four people don't really fit: two adults and a small child at most, since opening both sofa beds leaves no space to walk through. The air conditioning was very loud, and there was only room for one chair on the balcony.

You’re right by the beach, and the city center and restaurants are close. Parking is very limited, though.
