We won't stay here again, even though the house is spacious, has a good layout, and a beautiful, huge terrace. The main problem is the "NICE" pizza bar next door. Its music blasts every night late into the evening, and neither we nor tourists in places like Thore del Sole could sleep before 1:30 a.m. We'd hoped to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air, but instead there was frying oil smell, barbecue aroma, and incredibly loud music. The listing says newly renovated, and I can't fully agree. The TV reception was the best we've had in over 15 years of visiting Bibione, and the internet was very good and included in the price. But the kitchenette, shower cubicle, washing machine, and toilet seat all show wear. The toilet seat was awful, and I even asked for it to be replaced. The beds aren't great either, and the duvets could use refreshing. The service staff were friendly and quick. The cleaning team... well.

The courtyard parking spot was a real convenience, so we didn't have to hunt for a place. The apartment is about a five-minute walk from the beach, right on the main road, which closes to traffic in the evening and turns into a promenade. That makes going out easy, though there is street noise and music from a fast-food restaurant and an arcade in or beside the building. We were five and each had a bed; the apartment has space for 5-7, but any extra guests would need to use the living-room sofa bed. The terrace is a good size for meals or a beer in the evening. The kitchen has a kettle and coffee maker, but no oven or toaster, and even basics like a chopping board are missing. We barely needed the air conditioning because the wide balconies above gave us plenty of shade.

Check-in at the agency takes patience, it isn't great. The apartment itself is nice, and if you report a problem right away, they fix it within 24 hours. It's a lively area, not suited to anyone after peace and quiet. The shopping street is just around the corner, and the very crowded beach is about 200 meters away. There's a designated dog beach too. For a calmer walk, head toward the lighthouse, where the beach is lovely and free of hundreds of umbrellas and loungers.

The building and apartments feel a little dated, and cleanliness could be better. Still, the location is a real plus: right in the center and close to the beach.
