You can take the elevator to every floor, and parking is underground. The apartment itself is new and modern, with a microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, and washing machine. Its location is excellent, right in the center when you go downstairs. The large terrace doesn't get much sun, so awnings would help make better use of it. Two loungers could also make it a good spot for sunbathing. Around the pool, some plastic loungers are broken or worn, and there's no umbrella or sun lounger in the full sun. Basic things are missing inside too, including bathroom accessories like a toilet roll holder and toothbrushes.

The place is practically dead now. Most of the time the whole block feels empty and gloomy, and the boutiques on the ground floor don't make you want to browse. It's such a shame, because back when it was Giardino's, it felt warm, cozy, and full of life. Bibione used to have its best pizzeria here, with legendary stone-baked pizza and lovely staff. I still miss the little waitress in dark clothes who spoke fluent German. It had that old-fashioned Italian feel and a welcoming terrace, the kind of place that warmed your heart. Then they demolished the restaurant and put up a hideous gray concrete block where people used to enjoy strolling. It has no charm or aesthetic appeal. I can't help wondering who planned and approved this architectural crime. What an eyesore.

The central location suited us, and we enjoyed the spacious apartment, especially its two balconies. The rooftop pool was another highlight, cleaned every day, and having a separate air conditioning unit in each room made the hot weather comfortable. Our first impression was poor, though. We stayed seven days as a family, and the apartment wasn't clean when we arrived. There was hair in the fridge and dirt on the floor, and the place generally looked run-down. The shower was dirty and moldy, with the shower head hanging from a rope in a worrying state. At €230 per night, we expected better quality and, above all, proper cleanliness. That wasn't what we got, so we can't recommend it.

The apartment is well built and the location is absolutely prime. Wi-Fi is the drawback: it only comes free for one device. There were six of us, and we were expected to pay an extra €30 per week to connect three devices.
