After we complained, at least the apartment was canceled free of charge. That was the only good part of the experience. We'd expected a lovely family holiday, but there was a bad smell as soon as we walked in. The furniture was very outdated, and some of it was broken. The fridge still had liquid spilled by previous guests, plaster was peeling from the walls, and there were urine splashes on the toilet seat. Trash was on the floor, while the dishes, sink, and bathtub were all heavily covered in limescale. Simply unacceptable for a family stay.

The smell in the apartment was strange from the moment we arrived, and the bathroom was awful, with mold in the grout. In the second bedroom the plaster was peeling, the paint was coming away, and the wall was damp. The living room was dark because its window was broken and the blind was stuck shut. There was also dog urine on the balcony. We'd planned a nice vacation for my wife's 60th birthday. On the second night I couldn't breathe because of my COPD, so after four days we drove the 1200 km home. This is what you can get through Eurovacanze in Bibione. I'm done with that agency.
