Great.

The beach is really close, which was a plus. But the blankets had other people’s hair on them, and the stove didn’t work, probably because it hadn’t been filled with gas. It was extremely noisy, with construction starting at 7 a.m. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it.

It’s a reasonable budget choice, with the beach nearby, other essentials not too far away, and an elevator. The rooms are basic, without extras. There’s air conditioning, a microwave, and a kettle, but no sockets in the kitchenette, so we had to put the microwave and kettle on the floor. After we called, they replaced the gas cylinder, though it took about 60 minutes. The “bed” is a sofa bed set inside a bed frame 😆. Cleanliness was okay, except for a baby tooth left in the bed by the previous guests. That was disgusting 😕. The noise is the worst part. If you’re hoping to sleep past 6:30 on vacation, good luck. That’s when the children start screaming, tables get moved, doors and windows slam, and Italians shout as if a war has broken out. We’re trying to enjoy our time here, but we won’t be back :)

We’ve rented an apartment in this building from friends for years, and the place has become part of our summer routine, full of memories. I love it. The sea views are beautiful, and the terrace is lovely and spacious. The beach is wide and quiet, with plenty of amenities.
