For our first visit to Bibione, and our first time staying in an apartment, it was a good experience. The quiet building is well placed near both the sea and center, without bothersome traffic noise. We were on the fourth floor. The bathroom was the only real drawback: very small, with the shower and toilet in the same space and level with the floor. I’d suggest it to a couple who doesn’t need much.

Getting the keys and returning them was easy, and all the information was given in writing, with very little explained in person. The AC cooled the whole apartment well, and access to the beach and nightlife was excellent. But the place was expensive for what it was, sadly below average. It wasn’t clean when we arrived, though they cleaned everything after a phone call. The power kept cutting out even though we followed the instructions to switch off the boiler before using any electrical appliance, so the fridge was sometimes off all day. The main road right next door made it extremely noisy, and the furniture was very old, including an iron spring mattress.

The only good thing was the location. There was mold all through the apartment, dirt everywhere, and the furniture was old and shabby. The staff were unfriendly and dishonest. It was simply disgusting, never again. If we hadn’t spoken up, we wouldn’t have had anywhere to sleep. We had to accept another option because we didn’t get our money back. I think they only gave us the other hotel so we wouldn’t tell anyone.

The apartment is worn out and doesn’t justify the price, and the building itself is old and noisy. Parking on Via Pegaso by the supermarket is so tight it’s difficult even with a sedan. There are architectural barriers throughout the building, including the garage, entrance, elevator, and apartment, so wheelchair access isn’t possible anywhere. Absolutely not recommended.
