When we got to Nr. 3 VILLA FELICE, VIA STELLA MATTUTINA, it hadn't been tidied up. There was dirt and empty bottles around, so we had to clean it ourselves. The furniture was worn, the cushions were torn, the mattresses had large stains, and there wasn't much dishware. The dog from apartment Nr. 2 barked constantly while its owners left it alone to go to the beach. We reported it to the agency, but got no response.

My family and I stayed at Villa Felice from August 19th to September 2nd, 2023. The apartment itself was very good, and parking on the uncovered meadow was okay. The Wi-Fi was the letdown. It barely worked, the signal was weak, and it only worked in one particular spot.
