My last stay was a disaster, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel. I've stayed here several times before, and it was never great, but this time the room had a suffocating stench from some air freshener that we couldn't air out. We were bitten by bugs, which I think may have been bedbugs. After a long drive, we needed sleep before leaving the next day, but someone in the next room kept running water and the noise was unbearable. I couldn't get hold of the hotel by phone. I paid €150 for three hours of agony, then emailed them and still haven't received a reply since September. I'd avoid it.

We stayed for a week as a family with two children and enjoyed it. Luca, the owner, was very friendly, attentive and helpful with guests' needs. Donna Francesca and Donna Carmen were helpful too. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked. Breakfast was okay, though it could use some groceries. I'd recommend staying here.

The receptionist is so kind, she reminded me of one of my crushes. The toilet is okay too.
