I booked a week before our trip, then called to confirm the reservation and ask a few questions. I asked in Italian whether someone spoke English, and the person let out a long sigh and hung up. I tried several times to call back, but the line kept “disconnecting,” as if someone was ignoring the calls. We only had a few questions about the booking. Instead, this place has lost our business for good. We'll make sure everyone we know around Italy hears how rude they were to Americans and not to visit.
