The accommodation is modern, clean, well equipped, and well insulated. It’s close to everything, including the sea, shops, and luna park. Parking is really very limited.

The terrace is huge, and there’s an outdoor connection for an electric grill or air fryer. The apartment is beautiful, new, modern, and spacious for three people. The promenade and beach are easy to reach. Highly recommended. Parking spaces are very narrow and small. There’s no hairdryer or toilet paper.

The agency was kind whenever I dealt with them, but the stay still fell well short of what we expected. In apartment 1, one wall, possibly the one shared with the neighboring bathroom, had mold. Getting the car in and out was the bigger headache: the side spaces are very narrow, with trees between them, and a badly parked car can block everyone. That was especially rough during our rainy week. I called Monday morning to ask about a solution and was told there wasn’t one. The next day a neighbor arrived in an SUV and parked in a way that blocked us. The agency said they’d help me park better, but the car was still there the following day. When I went to the agency, they first suggested using a lot at another building about 400 meters away. They later reached the neighbor, who moved the car after half a day. I couldn’t move ours for two and a half days. What would happen if there were an emergency? The building itself is new and very attractive, the apartments are well equipped, and there’s a rooftop pool and solarium. Still, the flooring is awkward with a trolley, and parking a large vehicle is difficult even when nobody is blocking you.

The beach takes a bit of walking, though it’s manageable. The promenade is only about 30-50 meters away, and up on the roof there’s a pool with a big terrace for sunbathing. The apartment feels brand new, too. Bring an electric grill if you have one, there’s a spot for it on the huge balcony.
