Breakfast had plenty of options for different tastes, and the team were both professional and friendly. The hotel itself is modern, beautiful, and clean right down to the small details. There’s a gym, pool, kids’ room, and free bikes too. A great place for a weekend or a longer holiday. Thanks for such a lovely time, guys, keep it up 🙂❤️

The food deserves all the applause. We had full board for 9 nights, and every meal felt like a masterpiece. The restaurant menu had amazing choices, and my thanks go especially to KEVIN, Ermes and Tatiana. They were always busy and very professional. The rest of the hotel was a letdown. There’s no real hotel area, no outdoor playground for children, and no separate smoking and non-smoking outdoor spaces. The beach area felt mixed with little privacy, some people ignored the no-smoking rule, and it could have been cleaner. The elevators were tiny, as was the bathroom sink, which wasn’t functional at all, and there were no bathroom shelves. Entertainment was limited to one musician on Monday, who was a bit boring, and a strange clown. Restaurant staff seemed lost and untrained, with no clear idea of their duties or how to smile at guests. The show-cooking station was never used, and the person assigned to it was always absent or hiding in the kitchen. Service wasn't ready when breakfast or lunch opened. Once, there were no salad options at lunch, and a waiter said it wasn't profitable to offer vegetables for just four guests. We had paid for the food, so she could at least have offered a plate of salad. During our 10 days there, we had to keep reminding the waiters to bring a plastic spoon for our baby, and they never remembered. There weren't many healthy choices for babies either. This hotel seems more suited to couples than families, with little infrastructure for children. At reception, staff often looked at us as if to say, “What else do you need?” The manager in glasses didn't seem to understand hospitality either. He never said hello or asked how our stay was. When we were leaving, his car blocked the parking exit. We had to wait with our baby for him to arrive, and he took his time. He didn't apologize or say anything. The other staff mostly seemed to hang around chatting and laughing among themselves.

The staff were friendly and professional, and breakfast was a real highlight. A beautiful, modern hotel. I'd recommend it 100%.

We had our best holiday ever here. The hotel was just right, breakfast was very good, and the staff were great. Everyone we met was nice.
