I've stayed at Hotel Ferrari twice, and I'd happily keep going back. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the balcony is roomy. The pool is a great place to relax. Luna Park, the beach, restaurants, and attractions are all nearby, just a few steps away. There are gelaterias and pizzerias, too, and you can walk along the beach. The game salons are a must and are close to the hotel. I'd definitely recommend Hotel Ferrari and Bibione as a village. 10000000/10

The pool is clean and a good size, and there's a large balcony with an awning. But getting to the pool means going through the restaurant's backyard, and that doesn't match the brochure. The apartment is large, though the furnishings are worn. The bathroom and toilet look like they're from the early 80s. The air conditioning is in the bedroom, so the rest of the place stays warm. There are only two TV channels.

We stayed for three weeks. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with a huge terrace, and the complex is close to the beach in the town center. The entrance to the complex was terrible, though, mostly because of the unbearable stink from the clothes rack of restaurant staff towels and aprons near the back entrance. There were no bins for residents. Restaurant staff had some, but told us we couldn't use them and that bins were out on the street. That wasn't true, and the closest ones were on the beach. The pool had no sun loungers and was fully shaded from the afternoon onward.
