I've never stayed in a worse apartment. There was a strong musty smell that suggested damp and possible mold, visible dirt, and poor basic cleanliness. Mold was also on the kitchen fittings. The kitchen and living room counters were damaged and badly worn, the baseboards were missing and dirty, the door handles were rusty, and the refrigerator was heavily damaged and rusted. The owner seemed 100% sure everything was fine and refused any kind of refund. I didn't spend a single night there, but still paid the full amount. I don't recommend this apartment at all.

Room no. 27 has a nicely renovated bathroom. There isn't a power outlet in the kitchen, so the kitchen appliances can't be plugged in there. I used the gas stove, and the coffee maker had to go on the floor by an outlet.

The location is great for the beach, pool, children's attractions, shops, and restaurants, and it's easy to contact the staff. Parking is right by the building. The apartment is spacious and large, suitable for a family of two adults and three children, and has what you need for a stay of several days. The bathroom has been fully renovated. There's also a rooftop terrace for sunbathing, barbecuing, or relaxing, with a bathroom up there too. There are extra booking costs: bed linen is 10 euros per person, towels are 8 euros per person, and final cleaning is 50 euros. The kitchen lighter in our apartment was broken, so I had to buy a new one. There's no electric kettle. Wi-Fi is available but keeps disconnecting, so we used our own package. Around 3m² of the living room wall and ceiling were patched poorly, probably after a flood.

The place is right by the sea, and there's a pool as well. We've been coming for years and are very happy here, always enjoying our holidays. The accommodation has a rustic Italian style and isn't exactly modern, but that's part of what we like. When the children were little there was plenty for them to do, and now that they're grown they enjoy the city's nightlife.
