The property is lovely, but it felt neglected and poorly maintained. The apartment was dirty, and a double mattress had been left on the ground at the residence entrance for three days. The pool was full of water and mud, though it wasn't usable at that time of year. The apartment was meant to have a TV, but there wasn't one when we arrived. Staff brought it after we asked, but it clearly hadn't been planned properly. We requested that the TV be fixed, yet went four days without one. They blamed antenna problems, even though other residents in the building could watch TV. The bidet didn't work when we arrived, and while the apartment is for six, the hot water boiler is tiny.

Families with kids should find the complex handy, with everything reachable on foot and the beach about 500 m away. The supermarket was around 50 m away. The pool was cool and the grounds were very nice, but our apartment was disappointing: the shower was extremely small, there was some mold, and the window's soundproof blind wouldn't come down. Three stars from me. I'd still come back.

A quiet residence with a nice pool and a lovely park. Pets are allowed, though they don't seem especially welcome. Since there's so much green space, they could set aside a spot at the back for dogs to do their business, as long as owners clean up after them.

A calm, comfortable gated complex that's kept in good shape. The pools were clean, parking was reserved and covered, and there's a small supermarket across the road.
