Residence Vivaldi Private apartment

A lovely place to rent an apartment for a vacation, right next to the beach.

The recent renovation and expansion turned the former building into a modern condominium with every comfort. The sea is right in front, and many apartments have wonderful views. It's also only a few meters from the center of Lido del Sole, making it an ideal place for a vacation. You really only need a car to arrive and leave. For everything else, there's Residence Vivaldi.

Right on the beach, with a lovely pedestrian promenade along the shore and services close by. The apartment was very nice and well furnished. A great area for families with children.

We'd definitely recommend the apartment. It was clean and modern overall, with a dishwasher and freezer in the kitchen. Some things showed wear, including cracked glass and worn knives. The bathroom had no towel hooks, and the broken mosquito net let biting flies inside. The balcony looks out either onto the courtyard or other buildings, depending on the room. Trees along the beach block the sea view. Our assigned sun lounger was about 200 meters away. We stayed at Residence Vivaldi for a week, four of us in an apartment set up for six. It felt a little cramped even with just the four. You collect the key at the AZ Group office down the street. The building has a covered space for one car. In peak season, paid parking is available on the street, or you can find free spots about a two-minute walk away. The apartment is reached by an outdoor staircase and an elevator. Both bedrooms have roller blinds. Pillows and summer blankets are supplied, but you'd need to bring regular blankets if you want them. There's a washing machine on the balcony, but it had some mold on it. Two supermarkets and a bakery are nearby, although the supermarket prices were almost 100% higher, so it's better to shop a bit farther out.
