Stunning Residence Only 100m From the Beach

The food was delicious, and I loved how close the hotel is to the beach. It was quiet too, and most things were great. But the rooms were very dark, with almost no natural light, and there were no mosquito nets. On just the second night, my daughter got 7 mosquito bites on one leg. I got bitten too, and she ended up with bites all over and a huge allergic reaction. She still complains about them to this day. Some of the staff also didn't speak English or German, which really bothered me, though the mosquitoes were the biggest problem. Please install nets in at least some rooms. I'd even pay extra for one. I hope this can be fixed so other guests and my family don't have to go through the same pain. Thank you for understanding.

A great location, friendly staff, tidy rooms, and a plentiful breakfast. It lives up to its three stars. Recommended.

There are plenty of parking spaces, and the shaded garage is a plus. The location is great, and a beach lounger is included, although ours was 150 meters away from the hotel. It was quicker to reach our room than to get to the umbrella, and we weren't allowed to put anything else on the beach. The place is still highly recommended for a short stay, but the room was old and worn. The furniture showed its age, the door frames were warped, and the fold-out beds weren't very comfortable. The mattresses could have been replaced a few years ago. I've never before had to carry my own bedding to the room, then have someone check after me before leaving. This isn't a super budget hotel, so having to deal with that felt unreasonable. The air conditioning worked fine in one room at times, but not in another, even with the balcony doors closed. Reception also called the room every morning for some reason. Unfortunately, they couldn't speak English, and I wasn't expecting them to speak Polish.

The takeaway restaurant team made delicious, generous meals, and the reception staff were always ready to hear our requests. Special thanks to Giulia! We had a peaceful, relaxing holiday, and the residence option worked perfectly for us: staying in an apartment and using the takeaway service. When we return to "Santo Stefano," this will definitely be our first choice. Thank you all, and best wishes.
