The air conditioning was the best part, absolutely great and much needed in summer. Our rooms were fine, if a little small, but there was enough room for our family of four. The pool was kept in good shape and gave us a nice alternative, since the beach is about a 15-minute walk. That's manageable, though I wouldn't have wanted it to be much farther in the summer. We'd consider staying again.

The homes are generally a step above similar resorts in Bibione, with a well-organized setup, a lovely pool, and a pine forest in the middle of the village. The place was nice and clean overall. I did wish the kitchen came with more utensils. Adding 16 forks instead of 9 would cost so little, especially given the otherwise above-average standard of the housing.

The pool deserves credit: the caretakers keep that area in great condition and clean it every day. The location is very central, too. The houses themselves are dated, with furniture that's extremely old and worn. The air conditioning smells like urine, and the cleanliness is awful.

The grounds are well maintained, and the air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool. I found the pool schedule odd: it shuts at midday and closes fairly early in the evening, which seems questionable on very hot days. At least there's a cold shower available.
