Villaggio Olimpia

Getting to the city center on foot is easy, and supermarkets and other services are close by. Everything's handy here. I've known the village for a while, but this was my first time actually staying, and I was very pleased. The bar is well stocked and the young staff are polite. There are themed evenings, excellent tennis courts, pools, ping-pong tables around the park, and a well-equipped children's playground set in greenery. It's a peaceful place to unwind, and Villaggio Olimpia feels like a good fit for everyone.

The grocery store is just across the street, and the grounds are fenced with barriers. I liked the trees, which give the place a natural feel, and the buildings are lovely. There's a nice playground for kids, plus a great pool area with lifeguards and diving boards. We had a great time there!

Please be very careful if you're staying here. Four of us were on holiday with two dogs and rented an apartment that looked nice, though it wasn't. We went out for dinner, came back and fell asleep, then woke to find we'd been robbed. A large amount of money, several million, was taken. Someone searched through all our things and unpacked whatever they could find, so they must have had time and known the area. We were behind a closed door and neither we nor the dogs heard anything. We called the police, but they took two hours to come after several calls. We also have photos and data, which I'm sorry about. The place is private and has a key operated gate, so it's quite enclosed, yet someone got in. They must have had a key and known it was our last day. The neighbors came out and were very helpful. They said this wasn't the first time it had happened in this apartment. They could take a car too, if they wanted. Be very careful there, and if possible don't stay alone, as it could be dangerous. We only learned this now. Thank God we won't have the kind of problem previous guests had, since they were hospitalized. They're hiding everything so visitors won't be scared off.
