The apartment was decent for what we paid, and the beach is only a short drive away. I’d still say it’s worth trying. A few things could be better, though: there’s a pool but no playground, and the parking is near the apartments but under trees. Sap and bird mess covered my car, so I had to clean it each day before setting off. WiFi was listed but wasn’t available. It’s not essential, but would be welcome these days. There’s also a good spot for grilling, though no grill, and bringing your own isn’t really practical.

A clean, pleasant place overall. The charge for air conditioning seems questionable.

I tried to handle everything calmly and follow the proper steps, but the property’s communication left me uncomfortable and worried. They never confirmed my cancellation request. On the phone, the person I spoke to suddenly ended the call without answering me. Later, they said on WhatsApp that they weren’t authorized to cancel, although I had submitted the request through Booking.com. The property should improve how it communicates with guests. Anyone thinking of booking should look carefully into the situation.

There are dogs kept on the property, which isn’t allowed, and people can enter the grounds without being checked. When problems come up, the staff are rude and hard to reach, and they ignore guests’ complaints and concerns. The place felt like a pigsty with no electricity. I can’t understand the two-star ratings, and would give it none if that were an option.
