The apartment is spacious and clean, and it's right in the center, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. There's a clothes dryer, though the balcony is too narrow for the table, and the decor feels dated. There's no elevator or kitchen worktop. As in the rest of Bibione, there was a sewage smell. Parking spaces are tight, and some cars were left on the grass. After heavy rain, it may be safer to park on the street: Bibione's drains can cause flooding, and after September rain some people, especially in underground parking, lost their cars. The price is fair, and beach umbrellas, bed linen and towels are included.

We've stayed in this apartment many times, but this year the mattresses were a real disappointment. We had apartment 3, and its mattresses were completely worn out and impossible to sleep on. They should be replaced once in a while, since so many guests use them. That's why I'm giving only three stars.

We were satisfied otherwise, and the kitchen had everything we needed. But the bedrooms had old blankets, and we were short on blankets overall. Sheets and towels cost extra, and there was no WiFi. It was freezing when we arrived, with a big gap beneath the balcony door. Since we were probably the first guests after winter, the operator could have turned the water on before we got there. A cleaning shovel and a hairdryer in the bathroom would have helped.

It's a quiet location, so you don't hear the parties along the promenade or from the beach hotels. The place was clean, and the mattresses were comfortable and in good shape. Some furnishings are older, but everything works. Each unit has air conditioning and blinds that shut the door tightly. I would've liked a washing machine, though for a week it wasn't a big deal, and there's a cheap laundromat nearby. There are also plenty of affordable pubs and restaurants, plus a Eurospar and other shops.

The only things we liked were the air conditioning and the sea. Check-in was supposed to be between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM, but the apartments still weren't clean at 3:00 PM, and one had been forgotten. Even after cleaning, they weren't clean. A window was broken and wouldn't shut, and the shower drain was blocked. Sheets and towels cost extra, and the set we got was poor: two old towels with holes, one sheet and a thin, hard pillow. There were wool blankets in the closet, but no Wi-Fi, shovel, cloth, toilet paper, dish soap or anything else. The coffee pot handle was broken, so I had to use a towel to pour the coffee. The beach spot came with an umbrella and two loungers, but it was far back from the sea. There was only one spot per apartment, and the loungers weren't beside each other.
