The owners make a delicious breakfast themselves, including jams and fruit from their garden. The rooms have been recently renovated and are spotless, with a comfortable bed and pillows, a nice bathroom with free toiletries, a fireplace, kettle and herbal teas, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, safe, Alexa, and satellite TV. They’re always available if you need anything. Such a beautiful setting. We'll be back!

Filippo and Roberta look after their guests so thoughtfully and do everything they can to meet their wishes. You can feel the affection and charm they've put into the house as soon as you arrive. The food was excellent, and the location worked really well for reaching both the Oropa Sanctuary and Biella and all its beauty. The owners were incredibly kind, and the room was large, clean, and comfortable. It felt like home. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely return.

The owners' hospitality was beyond impeccable, even better than that. The room was superb and had every comfort, with details clearly handled with care. It's so quiet there that you can properly rest and relax. What a shame we couldn't stay longer. If I come back, it'll definitely be my permanent home. Thank you.

Their homemade breakfast is excellent, made with products of their own. The rooms are lovely, with attention paid to every detail, and the location is great. Best of all are the owners, who are exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Well done! BEAUTIFUL!
