We arrived early after taking the train from Novara, and the friendly, professional front desk staff were happy to accommodate us. The hotel is just steps from the train, and the city center is also an easy walk. Our room was spotless, breakfast was really nice, and the staff were pleasant. A very nice stay, and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks!

It’s a nice hotel near the train station. The historic city center is quite a long walk, around an hour, which worked for us but could be a barrier for some.

Anna, Tiziana, and the rest of the staff made us feel very welcome. Our room was spotless, and the breakfast buffet, with meats and pastries, was a delight. The hotel is conveniently close to Biella train station, and the attentive service made our stay a pleasure. There’s no pool or gym.

Free breakfast had plenty of continental options, though I would have liked some hot dishes. The hotel is grand and surpassed my expectations. It was very quiet when we were there, but the staff were pleasant enough. Great spot across from the train station, with ample free street parking, and under a 10-minute walk to the centre. There are a few nice bars and restaurants nearby too.
