Never again. We arrived in the evening to find no reception and nobody to ask for help. We wandered around in the dark for about twenty minutes, and the number listed in the information wouldn’t answer either. After several tries, we found a “guardian” who took us to a filthy room. There were no amenities, no staff around, and breakfast was never included in the price. The staff we did encounter were rude, including one cook. There was no signal, and showering flooded the whole bathroom. One evening, the shower curtain fell on my boyfriend’s head because it wasn’t secured. Flies were everywhere, and both the sheets and towels were stained. We’d requested a double room, but they just pushed two single beds together. When we asked to switch rooms, they wouldn’t listen, despite us being the only guests in the building. The bathroom didn’t even have a door jamb, so the door wouldn’t close, and there wasn’t a toothbrush either. Really embarrassing.

What a surreal stay. The rooms were dirty, the sheets had holes and tears, and room upkeep was poor. The bathroom door jamb was missing and the shower was damaged. The restaurant and atmosphere have potential, but the organization falls short there too.

I don’t like criticizing places, and I usually don’t trust other people’s reviews unless I’ve been there myself. Still, I’m sorry to say some of the negative reviews were right. Wasps had taken over the pools, and when we arrived early in the morning the water was cloudy and the pool filters were still off. The one good thing is that the owners refunded our admission tickets. It’s a shame, because the place is very beautiful. It just needs a bit more attention.

There’s potential here, but the place is full of grime and badly maintained. Staff seemed disorganized, and there were only two lifeguards for three pools. One spent the day on his phone, while the other lounged away from the pools with friends. The bar was very dirty, with meat sitting in the display case despite it being 30 degrees Celsius. I don’t know what was going on with the water, but it didn’t smell like chlorine, and now my hair smells rotten. P.S. Headphones seem to be up to you, because it’s chaos here. The place was full of bees, too.
