Geranium B&B

Parking at the property made a big difference, since street parking in Bitonto can be hard to find. We also had a comfortable mattress and a large, modern bathroom. Vincenzo was very kind about a request I made, and suggested restaurants we wouldn't have discovered on our own. My husband and I had a great weekend here. The place is new, clean, well cared for, and has everything we needed. We came away very happy with the stay.

I was looking for a B&B around Bitonto and thought this might work based on the photos and the price listed online. It also advertised parking and said pets were accepted. When I contacted the host, I was quoted a different price. He said the listed rate applied only to two people, but I sent him a screenshot clearly showing “80 euros per room for 2 adults and 2 children.” He replied that the website prices weren't up to date and varied by season. I then asked whether the parking was secure and checked that small pets were allowed, but got no answer. When I followed up the next day, I was told pets cost an extra 10 euros, a fee that wasn't mentioned on the site. The way this was handled didn't seem professional to me. Keeping the listing current and answering customers' questions clearly should be standard for a place that takes guests.

Such a welcoming place, and the room was lovely and clean. I'd happily come back.

The B&B is in an excellent spot, with amenities nearby that make it easy to get into the city center. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Vincenzo is attentive to what guests need and is always available. We felt very welcome.
