We had a very disappointing experience. The accommodation didn’t match its description and wasn’t suitable for my family with children. There was a strong, unpleasant smell in both the apartment and the stairwell. Everything seemed neglected and unhygienic, and some of it felt unsettling. There was damp and visible mold in several corners, and a few of the stairs seemed unsafe. For health and hygiene reasons, we couldn’t stay and had to leave. In my view, the compensation offered wasn’t adequate. I’m very disappointed and can’t recommend this place to families. Anyone thinking of booking might want to look at the building’s exterior on Google Maps first. It doesn’t make a good impression from outside.

A B&B where breakfast costs extra, and there was “Manzonian” dust all over the furnishings...
