I love staying here. Giovanna is a caring, considerate owner, and the room is spotlessly clean. Everything in Barzio is within a few metres. The single room is just right for solo budget travellers.

Before my trip to Piani di Bobbio, I spent one night here. Mrs. Giovanna was friendly and kind, and shared lots of useful information about places to eat and get breakfast. The room was warm, clean and welcoming, and I had a great time. I hope to return soon.

It’s a simple place, but clean, with friendly people. A good affordable option when you can’t find a campsite. We’d be happy to come back.

The guesthouse is right in the center, beside the church, and wonderfully quiet. I rarely leave hotel reviews, but Giovanna’s hospitality made this one feel necessary. Since it was our first time skiing at Piani di Bobbio, she drove us to the gondola on day one and explained everything, from where to catch the shuttle and buy tickets back to Lecco to good places to eat. The service deserves six stars. Highly recommended!
