I picked this place because of the skylight windows looking out at the tower, and only realized later how close it is to the city centre. It's right beside the tower, so I definitely recommend it. Whenever we bought something, it was easy to pop upstairs and leave it at home, which made the stay wonderful. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and gave us lots of information. Finding the place can seem tricky at first, but if you follow the instructions carefully, you just need to pay a little attention the first time. Then it feels like you're staying in the heart of the city, close to everything. Thanks so much, the accommodation helped make our time in Bologna really good.

Professional, prompt management, a very clean and comfortable room, a good bed, a nice shower, reliable WiFi, and a prime location. I rated it 4 because the rooms aren't soundproofed and the walls are thin. Noise didn't bother me since I use earplugs, but there's also a kitchen with no nespresso machine.

As a solo traveller, I felt very safe here, and the central location was great. The room was modern, clean, and beautiful. It's self check-in, but the directions were clear and easy to follow. I fell in love with Bologna and will definitely come back to stay here.

The location is fantastic, close to shopping, public spaces, and restaurants. There's an elevator in the building, but there are still quite a few doorsteps and other steps along the way, so keep accessibility in mind. Our attic room had extra stairs. If you use a stroller or mobility device, or have trouble with stairs, be sure to mention that you don't want this room. I was recovering from a serious knee injury and managed, but might have asked for a different one if I'd known. We stayed in the loft. It's a cool space with a tiny balcony or terrace, a comfortable bed and pillows, and a decent shower, though the bathroom is narrow. The steps up are steep, and other rooms may have different layouts. The WiFi problems are why our rating wasn't higher. I had planned an important work call from the room, but ended up taking it at the public library. We asked repeatedly for help and were told a technician would come later, and that we could use WiFi from the cafe outside or try the building's common area. The common area WiFi wasn't working either. When we asked for an adjustment on the final bill because an important feature hadn't been available, the staff didn't really address it beyond saying the WiFi issues weren't their fault.
