The apartment is well located in Bologna, and communication with the host was excellent. It was fully equipped, with breakfast items, tea, and coffee provided. Cleanliness could use more attention: there was dust on the lamps and window sills, the pillows were somewhat uncomfortable, and the bins were already half full when we arrived because the trash hadn’t been taken out. A fresh coat of paint would help too. It was a good stay, with a few things to improve.
We stayed in the studio at No. 1, Via Falcone 12, Bologna. It’s small and cute, with a comfortable double sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a microwave, washing machine, and small refrigerator. There’s WiFi. No dishwasher, though we didn’t really need one, and there isn’t space for a bidet in the bathroom. The main drawback is no air conditioning. It was July and 30°C inside, but the nice fan helped quite a bit. Straveco paid parking is 350 meters away, since the apartment is in a restricted traffic zone.
Right in Bologna’s historic center, this gorgeous apartment was spotless and had every comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a refrigerator and washing machine. The host was kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Highly recommended!
A good fit for a short stay with one or two people, this basement studio has all the comforts. The owner is extremely helpful and always ready to share information.
It’s small but comfortable, and really well placed for visiting the center.
