The balcony and kitchen were great, and we could cook for ourselves. There's a supermarket nearby, and everything is really close. The apartment is in a pleasant, quiet area, a short distance from both the airport and city center. It was well above standard for equipment, with air conditioning, a coffee maker, snacks, water in the fridge, an iron, and a hair dryer. The owner was very nice and helpful, and self check-in suited me perfectly. Everything was amazing, 5 stars! The accommodation was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. Thank you!

Communication with the host was excellent. The accommodation is clean and new, with a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace. Bus stops are close by, including a direct route to the airport and city center, which is also a 30-minute walk away. Perfect for visiting Bologna, highly recommended.

Daniele, the owner, was kind and friendly, and although he wasn't there in person, he was always available whenever I contacted him for directions or help. I spent three nights in this small apartment, which had every comfort and was impeccably clean. It's close to several supermarkets, bus stops, and other everyday amenities. Highly recommended.

I went to see the apartment for a friend staying in Bologna for a few days. It's delightful, well equipped with everything you need, and the owner is very available to answer questions. The neighborhood is quiet and green but still convenient, with free parking nearby, public transportation, and several supermarkets. The accommodation prices are below average. Highly recommended!

The place was spotless, with lots of thoughtful details, and the location near Esselunga worked really well. We had a wonderful stay in a lovely apartment, and the owner was kind and ready to help with any request. Recommended.
