For what it costs, this was very disappointing. The Booking photos looked lovely, but the apartment had no windows that opened and smelled strongly of damp. It wasn't clean enough, with bugs inside and flies everywhere. The shower water also turned cold quickly. We had to collect the keys from a hotel about a 15-minute drive away, then paid an extra 20 euros for parking and 11 euros in city tax when we arrived. There are too many things to fix, including pest control, the air conditioning, shower and entrance.

Scam! We booked the hotel through Booking, then got an email three days before arrival saying the price had gone up by 100€.

The apartments were well equipped and in a great location for our trip. We knew check-in was at another location, but poor communication about parking when we arrived cost us nearly two hours. It may have been a mistranslation, but it was frustrating all the same. The hotel was very helpful when we needed to recover the passports we'd left in the safe.

We had the worst night's sleep of our lives. At the last minute, the hotel moved us to another property. The front door lock there didn't work, and the room was nowhere near the quality shown in the booking.com photos. When we complained, there was no solution or even an apology. It felt unsafe. Avoid at all costs.

The room itself is nice, but why is the Google Maps location wrong? Several other guests have mentioned it too, so please fix it for the next people. Having to travel to the hotel first because the keys are kept there is also strange and uncomfortable. Three stars feels deserved.
