The alley outside the windows was so noisy that sleeping with them open was difficult. That was the advice I got when I reported that the air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air. The next day, the response was the same. When I also mentioned that the coffee maker didn’t work, I was told someone would fix it later. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The location is amazing, in a fancy mall, and felt safe and clean. We stayed in room 1 this time, after room 3 on our 2022 visit. Hosts were easy to reach on WhatsApp and communicated well, and the room was cleaned daily. I’d love more counter space for toiletries since the sink area is small. A microwave would’ve been useful, too, because we had food to warm up. Can’t wait to come back!

It’s right in the city center, yet still very quiet. Ginevra and her father were warm, friendly, and helpful, and everything was brand new and very clean. The bed was insanely comfortable. Ginevra answered questions quickly and kindly let me stay until 12 am on my check-out day. I’d happily stay here again and can recommend it 100%.

Roberto was really kind and attentive throughout our stay, and we had a wonderful time. The apartment was in extremely good condition and well equipped, in a magnificent location in an incredible city, Bologna. Thanks!

Ginevra, the guest attendant, gave us a great welcome. She was energetic and quite helpful. The place is in the city center, close to lots of attractions, with shops all around and the famous creamery next door. Taxis are usually available just opposite the building. Five stars for the setup and reception. Enjoy!
