B&B Selvarossa

Breakfast was set out in the kitchen and fridge each day, with yogurt, milk, cereal, sweet croissants, bread, butter, orange juice, eggs and more. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen including a coffee maker. It's in a quiet, green area near several bus stops, so getting into the centre is easy. The owner was easy to reach and happy to answer questions. We had a really good stay, and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Such a peaceful, pretty place, and the included breakfast was great. I had a perfect stay and would definitely recommend it :)

The location isn't close to the centre, but buses run often and go straight there. Around the building there are green spaces and shaded benches, which are nice on sunny days. Inside, the place is clean and pleasant, with comfortable beds, a good shower and a fridge with a freezer. I'd have liked more than one pillow, though that's personal preference. There's loads of useful information for getting around, and the room manual is especially helpful, with two language options 😍. The owner replies quickly, knows the area and has a calm manner. Food is tasty and plentiful, and the coffee machine makes lovely coffee 👌. A lovely spot, I'd recommend it 👍

We stayed at Selvarossa twice, on our way to and from Rome, and had different rooms each time. The rooms were spacious, clean and smelled fresh, with comfortable beds big enough for the two of us and our two-year-old, who slept with us. An extra bed for a child is available too. The owners were kind and quick to reply. Breakfast leaned mostly sweet; eggs were available on our second stay. Since we're used to a savoury breakfast, we brought some groceries for that second night. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. We had a very pleasant stay and would happily return to Selvarossa! 😄
