I'm a B&B manager, and Mrs. Adriana Cosma has never stayed with us. Maybe she's mistaken us for another B&B in the area. We ask you to remove your comment, since it costs us business and harms our professional dignity. I've read other comments that seem to be about other places too, and we'll do what we can to get them removed as soon as possible. Does anyone know how to proceed? Please be more careful, and at least make sure you're reviewing the right B&B.

Great location right in Bologna's city centre, but that's the only thing this B&B has going for it. The room was really poor and uncomfortable, the bathroom tiny, and there was mold. They also didn't allow us to use the kitchen. I'm definitely not going back.

The receptionist was incredibly rude. I don't even know whether he owns the place, but I won't be going back.

The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, and the location worked well. The prices are higher than average, though.

A friendly landlady and a great breakfast, with a very central location.
