The station is really close, which is a big plus. Inside, though, the room is small and basic, with no electrical outlets, and the shower area is especially cramped. The ground floor lock was hard to work, and noise from running water was bothersome.

Mr. Luca greeted us warmly and was lovely when we arrived. The stay itself was extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom drained so poorly that shower water built up, and the room had no air conditioning, so it became stifling. The yellow pillows were also hard to miss. We left for another hotel because of these problems, but they wouldn't refund us. Mrs. Alexandra never replied to our messages about the issues. A real waste of time and money.

The team were kind and quick to help, and the room was really clean. There was even a kettle for tea. Mr. Luca made all the information easy to understand and communicated clearly, without fuss. Getting there is simple too, just four minutes from the train station. I'd consider staying here again.

I only stayed because I couldn't find another room near the Fiera. It was an okay place, but nothing special, and quite a few basic things were missing. Breakfast wasn't included, and the eight days cost 1800 euros. I also didn't feel the neighborhood was very safe.
