We had a pretty view over the city, and the room didn't look too bad. But the bathroom smelled awful, like a mix of chlorine and feces. The toilet wasn't properly attached to the wall, and the shower wasn't working properly either. When we arrived, the apartment door was closed. We called the number listed online, then waited almost an hour for someone to come let us in.

I'm genuinely disappointed, and wish I could give zero stars. I paid for a stay through Booking.com, then asked to move it to the following week because my son, who is disabled, was ill. I made the request 44 hours before arrival. The owner said it wasn't her fault and blamed Booking.com. When I called them, the operator put me on hold to contact the owners, who said the change was fine. But after the wait, I was told the apartment owners had refused it. They rejected our request and wouldn't tell me directly. I still feel Booking.com unfairly wouldn't let me leave a review, because they treat guests like cannon fodder and put the properties first. I'll never book with Booking.com again, never stay at that property again, and will certainly speak badly of it.

If you just need one night before catching an early train, the apartment is well located. But the cleaning was seriously lacking: the bidet and toilet were dirty, presumably left by the previous guests. We weren't allowed to leave our luggage there during the day before leaving the city, so had to vacate the room by 10:00 AM.

There are clean towels and sheets, plus a hairdryer, shower cap, and body wash. The kitchen also has a coffee machine with pods, pastries, and tea. It's close to the station, though the centre is a little farther, about a 15-minute walk at a leisurely pace with two strollers. There's an elevator and paid parking with blue lines for €1.80 per hour, or a discounted lot for €18 per day.
