The rooms were clean and well equipped, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the staff were pretty responsive. I always looked forward to the cookie treats. The location was convenient, near the historic centre, train station, and churches, with lots of places to eat nearby. The cafe downstairs became part of our morning routine. We enjoyed our stay in Bologna.

The apartment was an easy 10-minute walk from both the city center and the train station, with plenty of restaurants and a large grocery store close by. We had a comfortable bed, a very spacious bathroom, and a clean, well-equipped room with a fridge and kettle. You can ask for an iron, and the lockable luggage lockers were handy. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Honestly, this was one of our best stays in Italy.

The room itself was clean and had everything we needed, but the street noise came right through. Some nights there were parties with loud music going until morning. I also had to ask before I got the check-in details, since they hadn't been sent ahead of time.

The landlord was polite and friendly, and the rooms were clean, if a little small. Most of the sights are nearby. Noise carries badly between rooms, which was especially annoying in the mornings. Check-in is strictly after 15:00, with nowhere to leave your luggage beforehand, and check-out at 10 feels quite early.

The location worked well, fairly close to the touristy area and the train station, while being a little removed from the busiest spots. The nearby cafes and restaurants seemed to be of a high standard. We were also pleasantly surprised by how modern and clean everything was for well under €100 per night. The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. The AC worked well too. We were super happy with our stay.
