Luca was available whenever we needed him, and the apartment turned out to be a great find. It’s on the first floor, with no elevator, and has a spacious living room with a sofa, extendable table, stocked wall unit, TV with Sky, and a proper fiber connection. The bedroom has a large closet and dresser, plus an iron and ironing board. There’s also a fully equipped bathroom with a shower. The kitchen has a gas oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine with capsules supplied by the owner. We also found towels, two bathrobes, and plenty of toilet paper. Getting around and parking were easy. There’s lots of free parking, and only blue parking spaces nearby, which I prefer since I could park right in front of the building without driving around to find a spot. A large Conad is 100 meters away, and the bus stop and Bologna Mazzini train station are 500 meters away. There are also plenty of bars and shops close by. My compliments to Luca!

It’s in a peaceful area with lots of restaurants nearby, and the apartment has an iron and hairdryer. The bed was really comfortable, and the shower gel smelled wonderful. This is somewhere I’d return to. Luca, the owner, was the best.

Casa Casò is what Bologna means to me. The apartment is refined and roomy, with an entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom, and it has all the comforts for a dream stay. Alessia was indescribably kind and helpful. The neighborhood is wonderful and very quiet, with paid parking, a pharmacy, bars, pubs, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, a gym, and the lovely Lunetta Gamberini park just steps away.

The owner is extremely friendly, and the apartment is in an elegant neighborhood with restaurants of all kinds. It sleeps two to four and has more than enough space. It’s bright, fully equipped, and tastefully furnished, with convenient access to Bologna’s main attractions by public or private transport, or on foot.

Alessia is always around to give advice, and the apartment feels like home, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It’s in one of Bologna’s nicest areas, with good local services and everything within walking distance, from restaurants and shops to parks. I wouldn’t hesitate about where to stay in Bologna.
