The location is a mixed bag: close to the city center but far from the station. An hour after we arrived, in the middle of the night, we woke the host because the house was freezing and the heating wouldn’t work. He shouted at us and was hostile. He refused to give us extra blankets at first, then brought some that were really dirty and old. The water heater was so small that hot water lasted no more than five minutes, which wasn’t enough for a shower, and the internet didn’t work at all during our stay. He also refused to reimburse us for amenities that were supposed to be provided but weren’t. I’d never return to be insulted by such an arrogant host.

The blue apartment had plenty of room and was comfortable. It’s on the first floor of an old building with very high ceilings, updated in a modern style. The bathroom, bedrooms, and closet are all large, and we had everything we needed. Self check-in made our arrival time easy to manage, and the price was good. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Asinelli Tower, with Carrefour Express and the Coop Express minimarket close by. The portico outside is the widest in the city and stays busy, as does the street with cars and pedestrians. They provided complimentary earplugs. The shutters let in quite a bit of morning light, but we usually bring an eye mask anyway. A comfortable apartment all around, well worth full stars.

Michele was incredibly attentive and came over to help when we got the key code wrong, then showed us to the apartment. We had a perfect night there. The bed was a dream, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend the place. Thank you, Michele.

The owner was very kind and helpful, and the bed was superb. The property is beautiful and right in the center, surrounded by shops, bars, supermarkets, and everything needed for a comfortable stay without a car. Highly recommended.
