The apartment was nice, but I wouldn’t book it again. The area is central and very noisy, and leaving the windows open, as suggested, made it hard to sleep. The place got hot because the AC didn’t work, apparently due to some government restriction. Parking was €30 a night. It was listed as on-site parking, but that wasn’t included in the booking, so be aware.

We had a great stay. It’s fairly convenient for getting around Bologna, and the apartment was well appointed. It wasn’t especially spacious, but it wasn’t cramped either.

There were a few communication and admin hiccups, but it was pretty good overall.

The flat was really clean and well placed, close to cafes, markets, restaurants, and sights. It was very warm inside and had spacious bathrooms. Ours, called Micaela, also came with a nice balcony. Each unit has its own name.

The location was the best part, with everything easy to reach on foot and restaurants and bars right nearby. It’s a lovely, very clean little apartment with a nice balcony. We’d pick it again next time we visit Bologna.
